On November 10, the first scientific event was organized within the project SMACKER and it was about “DRT in low population density areas”. Over 80 participants took part to the event from Europe, Australia and the Caribbeans! Examples from other projects and experiences, challenges, policies, action plans and stories from the SMACKER regions were shared and discussed, ITL presented the level of services and policies for DRT.
