ITL Foundation will present the GRETA project at the Green Logistics Expo 2024 in Padua, a key initiative for decarbonizing urban deliveries in Functional Urban Areas (FUAs).
📅 On October 9th, 2024, from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Andrea Bardi, General Director of ITL Foundation, and Alice Benini, Project Manager of GRETA, will participate in the event “Decarbonizing last mile deliveries in Functional Urban Areas: insights from the GRETA project and beyond”. The event is organized in collaboration with the Central Europe Initiative (CEI) and Network Wins.
After a brief introduction to the GRETA project, two roundtables will follow:
🔹 First Roundtable (in English): “Challenges and opportunities of pilot actions in GRETA’s FUAs and beyond” moderated by Alice Benini, featuring speakers from Poznan, Reggio Emilia, Verona, and the SUSTANCE and DISCO projects.
🔹 Second Roundtable (in Italian): “Le sfide e le opportunità del cargo hitching” moderated by Andrea Ballarin, with speakers such as Andrea Bardi (ITL Foundation), Federica Ropa (Emilia-Romagna Region), and other key figures from public and private sectors.
🚀 The GRETA project aims to reduce CO₂ emissions and optimize urban logistics, paving the way for a sustainable future in last-mile deliveries.
