On November 26 in Milan, ITL will take part in the event “The Port of Ravenna: A Strategic Hub for Industry and International Logistics”, which the Foundation is also co-organizing with the Chamber of Commerce of Ferrara and Ravenna, the Northern Central Adriatic Sea Port Authority, Promos Italia, and SRM.

ITL will be represented by its President, Guido Fabbri, who will present the opportunities that the new Emilia-Romagna Simplified Logistics Zone (ZLS) will bring to the region. Other speakers will delve into the main features of the Port of Ravenna and the benefits that its recent expansion brings to both national and international logistics.

The event will be moderated by journalist Raoul De Forcade, from Il Sole 24 Ore, and will also include a roundtable discussion and a Q&A session, followed by a networking aperitif to conclude the day.

The day is aimed at trade associations, companies operating in logistics and manufacturing, and all regional stakeholders. It will be an important occasion to explore in detail the advantages of port hinterland areas and port terminals, as well as to learn about the services provided by port operators and aboput the road and intermodal connections with the port’s reference areas. For companies, it will be a valuable opportunity to gain a better understanding of tools and processes for optimizing the management of international shipments.

Registration is already open for those wishing to attend, with an option to follow the event remotely via livestream.
